What is the course application process?
Answer
When a coach is not at the ski resort, a special application is required, usually for 4–6 lessons, and a deposit must be paid. The coach has 2 days to evaluate the request. If the coach declines or exceeds the time limit, we will manually reassign the next suitable coach, and each reassignment will restart the 48-hour response time. If we are ultimately unable to accommodate, a full refund will be issued. If you request a coach reassignment, please do not apply for a refund.
