Can I get a refund for a last-minute cancellation? What is the cancellation and change policy?
Answer
* Cancellation two months prior: Full refund of deposit.
* Cancellation one month prior: 50% refund of deposit.
* Cancellation within one month: Deposit is non-refundable.
* All refunds will be subject to a 3–3.5% credit card processing fee. In special circumstances, such as a coach change or epidemic, an extension or full refund may be offered.
